Riding Lessons

Tiny Tots
A tiny tot experience lesson is designed for the rider who only wants a 30-minute lesson. Riding time for this lesson will vary from 15-20 mins of riding time depending on age and experience. If riding time is only 15 minutes, the remaining 15 minutes will be dedicated to horsemanship skills. All of these lessons are private.
Small Group Lessons
A small group lesson is designed for the students who are able to walk, trot, steer, and stop on their own. They must be able to tack, untack, and properly care for the horse they are riding. A small group lesson typically consists of 30 minutes of riding time. We ask that you come early enough to tack up your horse before your lesson and stay after the lesson to properly put the horse away. (Typically, 15 minutes to tack up and 15 minutes to untack after the lesson.) If you are unable to do this, please let the instructor know so arrangements can be made. There are up to 3 slots in each small group lesson.
Private Lessons
A Private lesson is designated for students learning basic horsemanship skills throughout your hour experience. Students will learn how to properly tack, untack, and care for the horse on the ground. A private lesson typically consists of 30 minutes of riding.
